Refer a Feline Patient to SACH
Thank you for considering South Austin Cat Hospital for your feline patient’s care. As Austin’s only feline-exclusive practice owned and operated by a board-certified feline specialist (DABVP), we are uniquely equipped to provide advanced diagnostics, treatment, and management for complex feline cases.
We value the trust you place in us when referring a patient and are committed to clear, timely communication with you throughout the process. Our goal is to work collaboratively with you to achieve the best outcome for every cat.
Complete the referral form below with the patient’s details, reason for referral, and your clinic’s contact information. Our team will review the referral and reach out to the pet parent to schedule.
We aim to review all referrals within 1–2 business days. For urgent cases, please call us directly at 512-910-2287.
Please have the patient’s relevant medical records available. We’ll request them during the intake process, or you can email them to info@southaustincathospital.com.

We will do our best to accommodate the urgency of your referral. However, completing this form does not guarantee an appointment, as the demand for Specialty Feline Medicine continues to grow.
